Recently built, Ker Gavilou offers a modern and soothing atmosphere. The spacious, light-filled living area brings together a perfectly equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area with a large table ideal for gatherings, and a cosy lounge perfect for relaxing moments. The whole space opens directly onto two pleasant terraces, naturally extending the interior living areas outdoors.

Ker Gavilou comfortably accommodates up to 6 people in the main house, with its three lovely bedrooms located upstairs. Each bedroom features a Queen size bed (160x200) and storage space. Two of them share a functional shower room, while the third benefits from its own private shower room. Two toilets are available in the house, one on the ground floor and one upstairs. For stays of 7 travellers and more (up to 8 people), an adjoining studio completes the accommodation. Accessible from the kitchen, it provides appreciated additional space, with a 160x200 bed, a kitchenette, and a shower room with shower and toilet. The studio is accessible to people with reduced mobility (not wheelchair users).

Outside, you will enjoy two large terraces: one south-facing for sunny days, the other covered and west-facing, perfect for the end of the day. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available for enjoying warm moments with family or friends.

• The adjoining studio is intended to complement the accommodation for stays of 7 to 8 people. For groups of 1 to 6 travellers, the rental includes only the main house.
• End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory: €120 for the house only. If the studio is rented in addition to the house, additional cleaning fees of €30 will be charged.
