Ker Gavilou comfortably accommodates up to 6 people across three lovely bedrooms located upstairs. Each features a Queen size bed (160x200) and storage. Two of them share a functional shower room, while the third benefits from its own private shower room. Two toilets are available in the house, one on the ground floor and one upstairs.Holiday rental with two large terraces in Brittany
Outside, you will enjoy two large terraces: one south-facing for sunny days, the other covered and west-facing, perfect for late afternoons. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available for enjoying warm moments with family or friends.Comfortable, functional, and ideally located, Ker Gavilou is the perfect starting point for discovering Cancale and its surroundings, while enjoying a peaceful and well-kept setting.

- Household linen is available as an option
- Ker Gavilou is semi-detached to an independent studio (Ker Lou), also offered for rent. The spaces have been designed to preserve everyone’s tranquility. The studio has a completely independent entrance from the outside, and both accommodations benefit from separate outdoor spaces with no overlooking, ensuring privacy and peace. Although access to the studio also exists from the house, a double door ensures very good sound insulation.
