- Household linen is available as an optional extra
- Ker Lou is adjoining an independent house (Ker Gavilou), also available for rent. The spaces have been designed to preserve everyone’s privacy. The studio has a completely independent entrance, and both accommodations benefit from separate outdoor areas. Although access to the house also exists from the studio, a double door ensures very good sound insulation.

Fantastic place within walking and/or cycling distance of various beaches. The center of Cancale is easily accessible by bikecar. The studio was less small than I had expected based on the photos. There was a parking spot, contrary to the description. The bed was nice and spacious and high. Shower and kitchen fine with a small 2-burner induction hob. Refrigerator with freezer compartment. Oven. Coffee maker and Senseo machine. The house is brand new, so all the kitchenware is still in excellent condition. You can hear the neighbors despite the double connecting door, but it wasn't bothersome for us. Neighbors also have to pass the terrace to get to their cars, so not 100% private, but also quite cozy.
