Located on the peninsula of Cap Est, the chicest neighborhood on the island, the Villa Céladon blends Caribbean architecture with modern materials and contemporary colors.

The strengths of my luxury villa:

The decoration is warm, and the furniture beautifully designed. The magnificent structure with exposed beams ensures the Creole tone of the villa is not forgotten. Everything here has been arranged for your well-being and comfort: space, clarity, and fluidity. To the extent that one quickly feels at home at Villa Céladon.

The interiors of my villa in Le François:

The living room and kitchen come together to create a pleasant living space bathed in light with a decidedly contemporary decor. In the living room, you'll find two fabric sofas, two rattan armchairs, a console, a buffet, and a wooden and metal coffee table. In the kitchen, a beautiful solid wood table, a cement tile backsplash, and modern, functional elements await you to prepare your favorite dishes facing the sea.

The Villa Céladon houses four elegant, comfortable, and air-conditioned bedrooms. For your comfort and privacy, each bedroom has its own shower room with a toilet. In the main bedroom, which opens onto the terrace, a canopy bed 160x200 surrounded by matching bedside tables takes pride of place. Furnished with a console, an armchair, and a large wooden mirror, it has its owna dressing room. The second bedroom is in white, turquoise, and gray. Its 160x200 bed is framed by bedside tables topped with reading lights. Located on the ground floor, it also opens onto the terrace, offering a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. Upstairs, a second air-conditioned living room serves as a television room and a sleeping area for two children with its pull-out sofa. Facing the lagoon, the third bedroom opens onto a small balcony where you can contemplate the different shades of turquoise in the ocean. It has two beds 90x200 framed by reading lights and its own dressing room. Arranged like a dormitory, the fourth bedroom can accommodate five children with its bunk beds and pull-out bed.

The dining room and a second living room have naturally found their place on the spacious terrace. Here, you'll enjoy the gentle tropical climate and an unforgettable view of the shades of blue in the lagoon. The infinity pool seems to flow into the ocean. On its deck, you can fully enjoy the sun and sea air, lounging in a deckchair... unless you prefer to relax above the sea on the pontoon itself.

Very nice property, the picture are what it was. 2 good restaurants nearby but only open 3-4 days a week. 30min to 2 hours away from beaches and tourist attractions.
