Le François - Villa

Nestled in a tropical garden of approximately 3800m² and entirely facing the sea, the villa of the Pashas awaits you for a stay combining the sweetness of life, calm and authenticity.

A breathtaking view of the ocean, a breathtaking panorama of the François islets, space, privacy, a private pontoon to moor your boat...the villa of the Pashas appears like a ideal place to spend a dream vacation and forget everyday life. Without frills and very pleasant to live in, it has an unusual character. It is the result of a harmonious blend of a Creole atmosphere to which is added a marine style.

The inside of my rental in François, in Martinique:

The living room, offering a beautiful view of the garden and the sea, serves as a TV corner where you can relax during the hottest hours of the day comfortably seated in one of its rocking chairs. Spacious and bright, the kitchen is fully equipped.

The villa has four air-conditioned bedrooms: one on the garden level and three on the ground floor. Spacious, they all have a shower room with WC and ample storage. With its three single beds and two bunk beds, the bedroom on the ground floor can accommodate five people. It is independent and offers a beautiful sea view. The second bedroom welcomes you in a colonial atmosphere with its colonnade bed framed by a matching bedside table. The other two bedrooms look out over the sea and open onto the garden. They are furnished with two 80x200 beds.

The outside of my villa with swimming pool at Le François:

Sometimes living room, sometimes dining room, the terrace is the heart of the villa. Covered with a beam frame, it offers a peaceful panorama combining the shades of intense green of the garden and turquoise blue of the swimming pool and the ocean. Its lounge area welcomes you for an aperitif with its resin armchairs. Its dining area awaits you to share good meals around its wooden table. The sunbathing area, equipped with deck chairs, promises you pure moments of relaxation and idleness after a dip in the infinity pool overlooking the magnificent François Bay. From the pontoon, you can swim in the lagoon or explore the François islets aboard the kayaks at your disposal.

The villa des Pachas is a charming address with a serene and soothing atmosphere: ideal for taking a break and “disconnecting”.
