Concerned about their guests' comfort and every detail, the owners have created a true sanctuary. Their goal was simple: to combine natural beauty and exoticism, offering a cozy and exotic living environment. The result speaks for itself: Villa Katy is an authentic haven of peace, perfectly integrated into its soothing natural surroundings. Before you lies a breathtaking panorama, mixing lush tropical vegetation with the varying shades of blue from the Caribbean Sea. Thanks to its high ceilings and numerous shutters, the villa maintains an ideal freshness throughout the year.

The kitchen, dining room, and living room form a welcoming living space, providing an enchanting view of nature and the sea. The exposed beam structure adds an authentic Creole touch to the entire space. Harmony prevails, and the contemporary furniture does not diminish the Caribbean soul of the villa. The living room, adorned with cozy alcantara sofas, is a privileged space for relaxation. The dining room, located near the kitchen, features a long aluminum table where meals can be shared in the shade.

Villa Katy boasts four bedrooms: two double bedrooms sharing a shower room on the dining room side, one double bedroom, and one children's bedroom sharing the second shower room at the opposite end of the villa, near the living room. The first bedroom, facing the sea, is decorated in aniseed green and chocolate tones. The second, adorned with floral motifs, is furnished with a magnificent 160x200 canopy bed, topped with a mosquito net. The third bedroom, with its 160x200 canopy bed, harmoniously reflects the turquoise hues of the sea. As for the children's room, it features a set of two bunk beds 120x200.

Refreshed by the trade winds, the terrace and deck invite relaxation, offering a panoramic view of the surroundings. Here, everything blends into nature... let yourself be carried away by your dreams and imagination! The convivial terrace is equipped with a bar overlooking the kitchen and a seating area, perfect for enjoying a local ti' punch. At the heart of the solarium, the infinity pool stretches over 11 meters, blending into the horizon.
