With its immense terrace and 160 m2 deck, one can say that here the owner has created an indoor-outdoor living experience for the utmost pleasure of its guests. A vast architect-designed villa of 230 m2, the villa 55° AOC is strongly inspired by modern art. Displaying an architectural style and a decidedly contemporary decoration, the villa 55° AOC offers all modern comfort for serene vacations. Everywhere, the lines are pure and the furniture contemporary. The kitchen and the living room blend together to create a vast centerpiece where large openings let in light and allow for a view of the sea. The villa houses five air-conditioned bedrooms with shower room and WC: three on the ground floor and two upstairs. Facing the sea, the first bedroom opens onto the terrace. It features a 160x200 laurel wood bed and a wardrobe. Facing the garden, the other two ground floor bedrooms are equipped with two 90x200 beds and a wardrobe each. Comfortably situated upstairs, the two other bedrooms opening onto a terrace offer a magnificent sea view.
