The living room and kitchen open wide to the outdoors, offering uninterrupted views of the bay. Three air-conditioned bedrooms with sea views ensure privacy and comfort. Two are located on the ground floor, each with a 160x200 bed, including a mini suite with its own bathroom, bathtub and private terrace. Upstairs, the third bedroom enjoys a private terrace overlooking the pool and sea, perfect for reading, relaxing or sharing a romantic breakfast.

The terrace extends into a spacious deck with a breathtaking 180° view. The infinity pool, complete with a swim-up bar, is perfect for refreshing dips throughout the day. A small gazebo provides shade, while the terrace, serving as both lounge and dining area, is the heart of the villa. Ideal for sipping cocktails or enjoying meals with family, it also offers stunning views of the Carbet Peaks and the twinkling lights of Fort-de-France at night. Just a few steps away, you can sink your feet into the calm, clear waters of Anse-Mitan beach.
