Perched on the heights of Anse Mitan, Villa Caribbean Paradise overlooks Fort-de-France Bay and ensures absolute peace and privacy. From the moment you step inside, the generous volumes are striking. With 400 m² of living space, a vast terrace, a deck and an infinity pool, this Creole-style residence combines elegance and comfort. Exotic wood, terracotta floors and a beautiful tiled roof create a warm, authentic atmosphere. At night, the twinkling lights of Fort-de-France appear on the horizon, adding a magical touch to your stay.

The kitchen and living room open wide onto the outside, offering a breathtaking view where the sky, sea and pool melt into one. The villa offers five air-conditioned bedrooms, all facing the sea and each with its own en-suite bathroom. Four of them are on the ground floor, with direct access to the terrace: two rooms with 140x190 beds and two with 160x200 beds, one of which is a mini-suite with private terrace and bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub. Upstairs, the fifth bedroom sits beneath a magnificent exposed-beam roof and opens onto a private terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. It’s the perfect spot for a romantic breakfast, quiet reading or total relaxation. Two mezzanines can accommodate up to four children.

The vast terrace, at the heart of the villa, invites you to embrace the gentle tropical climate and spectacular views of the endless blue and the Pitons of Carbet.
