The villa benefits from a prime location: you are only a few minutes from the Sainte François market and the beaches of Pointe des Chateaux (several wild sandy beaches with crystal clear waters, ideal for snorkeling).
The inside of my charming villa:
Located in a small secure housing estate, Villa Anaïah is a Creole villa consisting of the main villa and an independent bungalow. The villa is built around the swimming pool in an outdoor sorting atmosphere.a plush, charming villa while inside it is made up of three units with current decoration and modern comfort.
The main villa has a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, and three bedrooms
The first bedroom offers two twin beds (90x190), air conditioning, bathroom with shower and WC, wardrobe, terrace access
The second bedroom offers a Queen size bed, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and WC, wardrobe, TV
The third bedroom offers a Queen size bed, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and WC shared with bedroom 4, wardrobe
The bungalow houses the fourth bedroom offering a Queen size bed, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and WC shared with bedroom 3, wardrobe.
Air conditioning is on the clock from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
The outside of my Guadeloupean villa with swimming pool:
The villa Anaïah is entirely centered around the swimming pool and its tree-lined Zen garden. A beautiful exotic wood deck and a large shaded terrace are the main assets of the villa. You will appreciate the deckchairs, the outdoor lounge and a beautiful dining area for moments of intense co-civility.
