Villa Caribe is a contemporary residence nestled in a secure estate, close to the golf course and marina, with a distant view of Saint-François and the Caribbean Sea.

An impression of luxury emanates from the villa, undoubtedly maintained by the choice of noble materials and quality furniture. Decorative objects create a warm interior. It's a real cocoon where one can live and recharge peacefully.

The interiors of my villa in Guadeloupe:

The living area is widely open to the outside. In the lounge area: a relaxing and comfortable corner with a generous corner sofa. In the kitchen area: an ultra-contemporary setting equipped with all appliances open to the living room and terrace. Its central island invites you to prepare your meals and breakfasts in a convivial atmosphere facing the pool.

Villa Caribe has four comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms with private shower rooms and ample storage space. Opening onto the terrace and enjoying a view of the pool, the main bedroom has been arranged as a suite. It is furnished with a 180x200 bed, a TV, and a desk. The other two bedrooms also have access to the terrace and pool and are equipped with a 180x200 bed. Facing the garden, the fourth bedroom is furnished with a 180x200 bed.

The shaded terrace that extends cheerfully from the villa and overlooks the sea invites you to enjoy the mild tropical climate. Here again, the modern and sleek style prevails. There is an outdoor lounge and dining area. You'll enjoy playing pétanque on the boules court at sunset. Surrounded by vegetation, the pool and its sun loungers provide a soothing setting.

Villa Caribe is one of those places where you can unpack your bags with a sense of regained serenity and an irresistible desire to stay.
