Recently renovated in a contemporary style, the villa is designed and furnished to offer a high quality tourist rental product in terms of comfort and facilities.
Inside the villa, we have taken great care in the decoration and layout. The spacious and bright rooms open onto the terraces, the garden or the pool.
When you enter the villa you will discover a beautiful living room with a sumptuous panorama on the swimming pool. Step out onto the terrace and you'll have an irresistible urge to dive into the pool!
The living room, where the sofas welcome you for a moment of relaxation, is open on the terraces and the pool. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and open on the living room and the terrace.
The rooms are bright and air-conditioned.
You will spend excellent nights on comfortable bedding and satin linen of hotel quality. Each room is independent and has a private bathroom, basin, toilet and Italian shower.
The terraces are shaded and well ventilated. You will have your meals on a beautiful table facing the nature and the sea after having tasted a Ti Punch or a fresh fruit cocktail in the "punch bar" of the swimming pool and the coffee in the comfortable outdoor lounge. A gas grill is available for your grilling in the outdoor kitchen.
The beautiful 8x4m pool with its tropical wood deck will seduce you. You can relax in the deckchairs around the pool to laze around or read the latest Goncourt prize.
The pool is protected by an alarm.
