Whether with family or friends, you'll appreciate the space provided by the 250m² villa and its 45m² loft. The Villa Kay Kafé offers the immense privilege of accessing wild beaches on foot. Furthermore, a coastal path will lead you to Anse à Jacques, Anse à Saint, and Petit Havre. Just a ten-minute drive away, you can reach La Caravelle Beach, Saint-Anne Beach, and the Bois Jolan Kite Surf spot. Upon arrival, you'll be charmed by the spaciousness that characterizes the place. Facing the sea and opening onto the terrace, the kitchen and living room create a beautiful living space. Modern and equipped with all the necessary amenities for your favorite dishes, the kitchen is practical. The living room is comfortable and elegant, with a beautiful television and Bluetooth speaker. Able to accommodate up to fourteen people, the Villa Kay Kafé comprises five bedrooms and an independent loft: 1 bedroom with a 180x200 bed with private bathroom, 3 bedrooms with a 160x200 bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90x200. The terrace is the centerpiece of the villa. Here, you can fully enjoy the tropical way of life. A dining area and outdoor lounge await you for moments of conviviality.
