The furnished suites, ranging from 25 to 28m², are distinguished by the quality of the equipment and furniture. You can walk along a coastal path to the wild beaches of Anse à Jacques, Anse à Saint, and Petit Havre. Within a ten-minute drive, you will reach the beaches of La Caravelle and Sainte-Anne, or the kite-surfing spot of Bois Jolan.

Here, there are no barriers—you enter this vast 90m² space with a living area and a large kitchen open to the terrace. With its contemporary style, island, and equipment, the open kitchen allows you to prepare your meals in a convivial atmosphere. The living room and its sofas offer comfort in a bright setting.

Villa Kay Luminosa houses five beautiful suites (25 to 28m²). They are air-conditioned, equipped with their own Italian shower and WC, a dressing room, a desk, and a fan. Three suites are on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. The three ground-floor suites have direct access to the pool and terrace. The first two have a 180×200 bed, while the third is equipped with two 90×200 beds that can be converted into a 180×200 bed. The Italian shower in the latter offers access for people with reduced mobility. The two upper-floor suites with a view have a terrace equipped with sun loungers. Each has a 180×200 bed.
