Nestled in the quiet residential neighborhood of Trois-Rivières, you’ll have the rare luxury of reaching the beautiful Plage de l'Anse Mabouya in just a few minutes on foot.Beachfront villa in Martinique
The living room, framed by large bay windows, is designed for relaxation, complete with a home cinema and pool table. The sleek, blue lacquered kitchen, both modern and functional, opens onto the terrace.Villa Baraka boasts five air-conditioned, comfortable bedrooms across two levels. The master suite on the first floor captivates with its unique design. It features a 200x200 bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and double sink, and opens onto a private terrace overlooking the pool. The other four bedrooms are on the second floor. The first room, with a 160x200 bed, includes its own shower room and WC. The second bedroom comfortably accommodates two adults and a child with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed. The third bedroom is perfect for two adults and two children, offering a 160x200 bed and a sofa bed. The fifth bedroom, with a partial sea view, includes two 90x200 beds that can be configured as a double or twin. These three bedrooms share a shower room with WC.

The terrace, with both lounge and dining areas, serves as an outdoor living space where you can fully appreciate the tropical climate.
