Nestled in the quiet residential neighborhood of Trois-Rivières, you’ll have the rare luxury of reaching the beautiful Plage de l'Anse Mabouya in just a few minutes on foot.

Beachfront villa in Martinique

The living room, framed by large bay windows, is designed for relaxation, complete with a home cinema and pool table. The sleek, blue lacquered kitchen, both modern and functional, opens onto the terrace.

Villa Baraka boasts five air-conditioned, comfortable bedrooms across two levels. The master suite on the first floor captivates with its unique design. It features a 200x200 bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and double sink, and opens onto a private terrace overlooking the pool. The other four bedrooms are on the second floor. The first room, with a 160x200 bed, includes its own shower room and WC. The second bedroom comfortably accommodates two adults and a child with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed. The third bedroom is perfect for two adults and two children, offering a 160x200 bed and a sofa bed. The fifth bedroom, with a partial sea view, includes two 90x200 beds that can be configured as a double or twin. These three bedrooms share a shower room with WC.

The terrace, with both lounge and dining areas, serves as an outdoor living space where you can fully appreciate the tropical climate. The pool and deck, furnished with sun loungers, provide a serene spot to soak up the sun and unwind in peace.
